She is PGDM Program Head and Full Time Faculty (Associate Professor) at St. Francis Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. She has wide range of experience in teaching and able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. • Editor for ‘SFIMAR Research Review’, from last 14 years.
• Successfully organised ‘Pathh’ an International Research conference in association with University of Mumbai from last 15 years at SFIMAR.
• Representing St. Francis Institute of Management & Research for Department of Life Long Learning, University of Mumbai (DLLE). She also work as DLLE field coordinator for monitoring and evaluating colleges for their DLLE activities.

Achievements
1. Promoting skill education and Entrepreneurship Development by VARIOUS ACTIVITIES OF PGDM Program.
2. Articles and research papers are published in various magazines, and research journal. She has also written and published 7 books for Mumbai university syllabus.
3. She has interviewed on television show conducted by Jai Maharashtra Marathi New Channel. In this show she has expressed her views on topic ‘Career in commerce’.
4. Promoting various certification program like training of French language, GST Workshop, Advance Excel trainings, Graphics etc.
